Talk to people who know build workflows

Tell us what you’re building,
and we’ll help you choose a Mac

Need another iOS build node or multiple dedicated Mac minis for your team? Tell us about your project, parallel workloads, and expected rental term. We’ll help match you to one of our two configurations. If a machine is having issues, sign in to the portal and submit a ticket so we can check the related order and node.

For pre-sales and billing, email us at support@xcodevps.com. To get in touch, email support or submit a ticket in the portal.

Three types of requests, two ways to contact us

Issues that require checking a specific machine should go through a ticket after you sign in. Email us about choosing a Mac or billing questions. Never send passwords, private keys, or full card numbers by email.

01 / TICKET

Technical issues

If you can’t connect over SSH, see a black screen in Remote Desktop, have a failing build, or suspect a node issue, find the relevant order in the portal and submit a ticket. Include when it happened, the node ID, steps to reproduce, and redacted screenshots so our team can check the right machine.

02 / EMAIL

Pre-sales and business orders

Tell us whether you need to build a single app, run multiple targets in parallel, develop remotely, or run a short-term model experiment. Include the number of machines, rental term, and your team’s location. We’ll compare your needs with the specifications of the XV M4 Runner and XV M4 Studio.

03 / EMAIL

Billing and payment questions

For help checking a charge, renewal, or invoice, include your order number, payment method, and amount. For card payments, describe the transaction without sending your card number or security code. For USDT-TRC20 questions, you can include the transaction hash.

What to expect

Tell us the impact, then share updates

The information we need depends on the issue. We don’t publish fixed email coverage hours or promise an unverified response time. Please follow progress in our email reply or your portal ticket.

Contact channels, what to include, and how to follow up
Issue Contact channel What to include How to follow up
Node unreachable or an active workload affected Sign in to the portal and submit a ticket Order number, node ID, when it first happened, and error message Explain the impact on your work. Node issues are prioritized for investigation; post updates in the same ticket.
General connection or build issue Sign in to the portal and submit a ticket Connection method, steps to reproduce, and redacted logs or screenshots Tickets are handled in queue order. Reply to the same ticket to add information.
Pre-sales, business needs, or billing questions support@xcodevps.com Use case and expected machine count, or order number and transaction details We reply in email queue order. Continue the same email thread when adding information.

Please don’t open duplicate tickets or send multiple emails about the same issue. For an urgent node issue, explain the impact in the ticket linked to your order.

Planning for multiple machines

Include your requirements in one email

These fields organize an email in your browser. Clicking the button opens your device’s email app, and does not submit an online form to this site. Review the message and send it yourself. If you haven’t set up an email app, you can write directly to support@xcodevps.com.

Not sure which model to choose? Start with your workload

The XV M4 Runner has an M4, 16GB of memory, and 256GB of storage, making it a good fit for single-project builds and testing. The XV M4 Studio has an M4, 24GB of memory, and 512GB of storage, making it better suited to parallel workloads or experiments that need more unified memory. Both are dedicated physical machines, not virtual machines.

Nodes are available in Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), and Hong Kong. Availability is shown in real time in the portal. If your team is spread across multiple locations, tell us where most users will connect from.

Once you provide the required details, we’ll prepare an email for you. You can edit it in your email app before sending.

Save a round trip

Have these four details ready before emailing or opening a ticket

There’s no need to send complete logs or source code. Order, node, and specific action details are usually more helpful than a screenshot that just says “can’t connect.”

01Order and node

For an existing order, include the order number, node ID, and model. For a pre-sales inquiry, include the expected machine count and preferred location.

02When it happened

Tell us when you first noticed the issue and your time zone, and whether it’s ongoing or intermittent.

03Steps to reproduce

Where does the issue start: an SSH command, a Remote Desktop connection, or a step in an Xcode build? Include the exact error and redacted screenshots.

04Impact

Tell us whether one or multiple machines are affected, whether your build is blocked, and what you’ve already tried.

Payment details

Payment questions? Check the methods and currency first

Rentals can be paid with USDT-TRC20 or, through Stripe, with Visa / Mastercard / Amex. All prices are charged in USD. Available payment gateways at checkout are shown in the portal. We can’t accept requests to pay using other methods.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We’ll never ask you to email your card number or security code. For billing checks, send your order number and transaction details; for transfers, you can include the transaction hash.
