Privacy Policy

The most important point first: files on your machine belong to you. We handle the information needed to provide service and manage billing, but we don’t inspect or analyze content stored on your cloud Mac.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the XcodeVPS website and portal, as well as cloud Mac services ordered and used through them. It explains how we handle information when you browse the site, create an account, place an order, pay, connect to a physical Mac, or contact support.

A cloud Mac is a real Mac mini assigned exclusively to you, not a virtual machine shared by splitting one machine among multiple users. Account and order data serve different purposes from files on the machine. We explain them separately so your source code is not mistaken for information we collect to operate the service.

2. Information We Collect

Account and service records include the email address you use to sign in and receive notifications, your selected model and location, billing cycle, order and renewal history, and information you choose to provide in support tickets. To detect suspicious sign-ins and troubleshoot connection issues, we also process necessary login logs, such as sign-in times, access sources and results.

For card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card number; our site does not store the full number. For USDT-TRC20 payments, we record the transaction hash and payment amount to match the payment to your order. All service fees are charged in US dollars.

Please don’t include full card numbers, account passwords, SSH private keys or other sensitive information that isn’t needed to troubleshoot an issue in a support ticket. When describing a problem, your order number, Mac ID and steps to reproduce it are usually enough.

3. Data on Your Mac

You control the source code, signing materials, build artifacts, model files and other content you create or upload to your dedicated Mac mini. We don’t analyze, read or reuse these files to operate the service, and we don’t use content on your machine for advertising or profiling.

You decide who can use your connection credentials and are responsible for backing up and moving any files you need during your rental. Before voluntarily attaching screenshots or logs to a support ticket, check them for keys, tokens or other sensitive project information. These attachments are handled as ticket materials; they are not retrieved from your machine automatically.

4. How We Use Data

We use your account email and order information to verify your identity, provision your machine, send expiry and renewal reminders, and reconcile invoices in US dollars. Mac IDs, order status and necessary connection records help us investigate failed provisioning, suspicious sign-ins and hardware issues.

Login logs and information related to support tickets you submit also help us prevent unauthorized access and respond to security incidents. We limit processing to what is needed to provide the relevant service and investigate the issue. Ticket materials are not used for purposes unrelated to your request.

5. Storage Locations & Cross-Border Transfers

Our service locations are Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and Hong Kong—four locations in total. The location you select determines where your rented Mac and its disk are located. When you connect to the machine or access the portal from elsewhere, communications may cross regional borders between you and the selected location.

Payment processing involves the relevant payment provider. Stripe handles card details through its payment process; they are not written to the disk of your rented machine. If location matters to you, check your selected location before ordering and assess whether it is suitable for your project data.

6. Retention & Deletion

When your rental ends and the machine is reclaimed, its disk is reset in full. Before your rental expires, export any source code, build artifacts, certificates and other files you need to keep. Data on a reset machine cannot serve as your backup.

We retain account, order, payment reconciliation and necessary accounting records for the periods required by applicable law and to resolve disputes. When those periods end and there is no other reason to retain the records, we delete them or de-identify them so they can no longer be linked to you.

Reclaiming a rented machine and deleting account records are separate processes. To request access to your account information or ask us to delete it, contact us as described in Section 8. Accounting records we are legally required to retain will not be deleted immediately just because the machine’s disk has been reset.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of state information stored by your browser. We use them only to keep you signed in and remember your language preference, so you don’t have to select a language again or re-establish your current session when you return to the portal.

You can clear or restrict cookies in your browser. If you clear cookies needed to keep you signed in, you may need to sign in again. If you clear your language preference, you may need to select the page language again.

8. Your Rights & Contact

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account, or ask how a particular record is used. Please submit a ticket through the portal or email support@xcodevps.com. Tell us what you’re requesting and the email address linked to your account. To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity.

After receiving your request, we’ll consider applicable legal obligations and any ongoing order processing, and explain which records cannot be deleted immediately and why. This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any dispute that must be resolved through litigation will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
